We handle every detail, every conversation, and every moving piece so that by the time your wedding day arrives, all you have to do is get dressed and show up.
On your wedding day, our team is on the ground for up to 12 hours alongside two dedicated assistants, cueing every moment from the first look to the last dance. The florals, the timeline, the vendors, the flow; it's all been meticulously planned and it all runs seamlessly.

This includes a customized budget, a living timeline that evolves as your plans take shape, monthly progress reports, and full vendor research, management, and payment scheduling. Every contract, checklist, and communication lives in one organized place and we're present at every key vendor meeting along the way.

This is where your vision stops living on a Pinterest board and starts becoming real. We develop your complete design story; color palette, textures, florals, lighting, tablescapes, and your full paper suite from invitations to day-of signage. Everything is presented in a detailed design dossier so you can see exactly how your wedding will look and feel before a single detail is placed.

The week of your wedding, everything shifts into high gear. We confirm every vendor, conduct your rehearsal, and finalize individualized timelines for your entire team. On the day itself, our team is on-site for up to 12 hours with two dedicated assistants; handling setup, cueing every moment of the day, managing your vendor team, and overseeing breakdown at the end of the night.
